NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

5+ years building and shipping production full-stack applications at scale
Expert-level Python with FastAPI for high-performance microservices
Advanced TypeScript/React/Next.js skills with proven ability to build complex, data-intensive UIs
Deep AWS expertise across compute, storage, networking, and managed services
Track record of optimizing applications for both mobile and desktop experiences
Experience leveraging AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, GPT-4) to accelerate development
Proven ability to work in fast-paced startup environments
