Our product combines hardware (panic buttons, sensors) with intelligent software that centralizes alerts, data, and emergency coordination—think of it as the modern safety layer for workplaces, hotels, and shared environments. Backed by leading early-stage investors and founded by experienced operators from world-class hardware and software teams, the company has already partnered with a handful of customers ahead of a major public launch early next year. The Opportunity As a Founding Go-to-Market team member, you’ll help define and execute how this company reaches the world. This role sits at the intersection of growth, marketing, and revenue—combining creative storytelling with scrappy experimentation to build the pipeline from zero. You’ll work directly with the CEO to design outreach campaigns, shape customer narratives, and prepare for a high-visibility product launch in early 2026. For candidates with a sales-forward background, this position offers a clear path toward an Account Executive role within six months. For those with more technical or growth experience, it’s an opportunity to own full-funnel programs—ads, content, automation, and more—at a defining moment in the company’s story. Responsibilities Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns to generate early demand and qualified pipeline. Design and test content, outreach, and activation programs for target industries (e.g., hospitality, commercial spaces). Partner directly with leadership to develop go-to-market strategy and launch playbook. Create and maintain clean, repeatable systems for lead tracking, analytics, and performance measurement. Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and marketing. Represent the company with credibility and warmth at events, demos, and customer conversations. Requirements 1–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development—startup experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to design, launch, and measure campaigns or outbound programs from scratch. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable building trust quickly with prospects and partners. High degree of initiative, independence, and follow-through in fast-changing environments.
