Jecta AI is building the next generation of Customer Success: an intelligent, AI-powered operating agent that helps subscription and tech companies grow through their customers. Jecta AI is a Startdeliver company, backed by a proven team with deep experience in Customer Success and B2B SaaS. We’re a small, ambitious team with strong traction, a global customer base across 10+ markets, and we’re now entering an exciting scale-up phase. We’re looking for a founding growth operator to join us early and help shape how Jecta grows. This is a hands-on, commercial role. You’ll be close to customers and revenue from day one: running sales calls, demos, onboarding, and customer conversations. Not as support—but with a clear growth mindset. You’ll learn what drives adoption, expansion, and retention, and turn real customer insight into action. This role is designed for someone who wants to build now and grow into a C-level role over time.
