We're a seed-stage team backed by Human Capital (SpaceX, Snowflake, Anduril) building a platform that helps enterprises build and deploy agents with the right permissions, guardrails, and activity logging to actually ship within companies. Early customers are already automating several hours of their workday. We're hiring people who want to build, not manage. If you want to work on hard problems with a small team that ships, this is the place. The Role As our Founding GTM hire, you own revenue. Your job is to fill the pipeline, close deals, get customers live, and expand them. You will: Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end: prospecting, sequencing, copy, iteration Run demos and close deals. You'll be the first person most customers talk to Run customer onboardings and get new accounts to value as fast as possible Build agents and workflows on the platform alongside customers Build dashboards and systems to monitor account health and expansion signals Drive expansion inside accounts: identify new teams, use cases, and champions Use our platform to build agents that automate your own workflows and multiply your leverage This role is in-office, 5 days/week, based in San Francisco. You might be a great fit if you: Have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, solutions engineering, account management, or early-stage GTM Have closed deals yourself, not just managed accounts. Responsibilities
