Description
We’re hiring our Founding GTM Lead to build and own our outbound engine. This is a founder-track opportunity for someone who’s either tried starting something before or wants to build their own company one day. You’ll lead outbound and lead generation, drive early customer acquisition, and work directly with the founders to define our ICP, craft outreach strategies, test channels, close deals, and shape the DNA of our commercial team. What You’ll Do Design and run outbound campaigns (cold email, calling, LinkedIn, etc.) Book and run discovery calls Build and iterate a scalable outbound playbook Collaborate with founders on positioning, messaging, and ICP refinement Help set up CRM, sales ops, and early funnel metrics Provide product feedback and help shape GTM strategy 3–5 years of experience in GTM, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales Founder experience or founder ambitions Comfort in early-stage ambiguity and building from scratch Gritty, resourceful, and customer-obsessed mindset Strong writing and communication skills for outbound Experience selling in AI, automation, or productivity tools Experience selling to professional services (lawyers, financial advisors, etc.) Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot Love for experimenting and iterating to find what works Be our first GTM hire—real ownership and massive scope Work directly with experienced technical founders Help define a new category of “AI Employees” Competitive base salary with on-target earnings (OTE) based on performance and early-stage upside Shape how AI gets into the hands of real professionals
