As our Marketplace Lead, you'll build the supply side of Bonfiire—sourcing venues, crafting packages, and creating the content that makes our marketplace irresistible. What You'll Own Build the Supply Side Source the best venues in target markets. Make the calls, run the meetings, negotiate the deals. You're the human in the loop—building trust with venue partners while using AI to handle everything around the conversation. Turn one-off deals into repeatable playbooks. Craft Packages That Sell Nail the naming, write descriptions that convert, set pricing that works. Understand what B2B marketers actually need and translate venue offerings into packages with clear value props and compelling positioning. Test, learn, iterate. Create All the Content Use AI to produce at scale: package copy, image and video assets, outreach sequences, social campaigns. Make venues look irresistible. Own the voice and visual presentation of every listing on the platform. What We're Looking For We evaluate fit based on three things: values, abilities, and skills.
