Description

We’re looking for a Founding Community & Partnerships Lead to build and scale Joyful Health’s inbound engine through ecosystem development, events, conferences, and strategic partnerships. This is a senior, highly autonomous role for someone who loves building programs from scratch and thrives in externally-facing environments. You will architect and run our ecosystem-led growth motion — designing high-impact events, workshops, and conferences; cultivating impactful partnerships with other vendors, RCM consultants, associations, and clinician communities; and ensuring that these touchpoints convert into warm, high-quality pipeline for our sales team. This is not a traditional “marketing” role. It’s a role for someone who builds trust at scale — someone who can create remarkable experiences, nurture relationships, elevate our presence across the industry, and operationalize the inbound motions that fuel our growth. You’ll work closely with our CEO, sales team, and RCM experts, hosting events and programs that showcase Joyful’s credibility while ensuring excellent execution behind the scenes. If you love building ecosystems, own outcomes end-to-end, and are energized by creating structure where none exists, we’d love to meet you. This role is full-time. We’re looking for someone who is NYC based for this role, and is open to coming to the office 3 days a week.
