SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals (flows, wireframes, information architecture).
• Solid visual design execution - clean, clear, and usable interfaces.
• Prototyping ability (Figma or equivalent) to communicate and test ideas quickly.
• User research skills: interviewing, synthesising insights, and translating into action.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
• Experience designing complex B2B products (bonus if they involved automation, AI, or frontline workflows).
• Comfort with designing for ambiguity: starting from zero, moving fast, and iterating in-market.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can do more than make things look good. You’ll shape how humans and AI work together, from 01 and beyond. You’ll have full ownership—from digging into user pain to prototyping solutions, testing them fast, and shipping experiences that frontline workers actually want to use.
This is a career-defining design seat: no legacy, no red tape, just the chance to build the foundation of Kiku’s product and design culture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Take end-to-end ownership of the design loop: research ideation prototyping shipping iteration.
• Conduct user research to uncover real frontline needs, not assumptions.
• Turn messy problems into clear UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes that can be shipped quickly.
• Partner closely with engineering to define requirements and balance usability with feasibility.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system from scratch.
• Use AI as a design partner, not just a feature—embed it into your workflow to move faster and smarter.
