About the Role As the Founding Product Designer at Solstice, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for products that are transforming biopharma marketing. You will collaborate closely with the founding team as well as engineering and business stakeholders to design elegant, usable solutions for complex challenges. Your vision and execution will set the foundation for product design as we scale. What You'll Do Own end-to-end product design for our core applications: concept, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and user flows Collaborate with founders and engineers to rapidly iterate and launch new features that delight users Synthesize customer insights and business goals into visually compelling and intuitive design solutions Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across our platform Help craft the product narrative and champion best-in-class design within an environment driven by speed, experimentation, and feedback Establish and uphold user-centered design processes from the ground-up, in partnership with product and engineering Flex across brand, marketing, and user experience as needed to help grow our business What We’re Looking For Proven success designing digital products from early ideas to shipped applications Strong portfolio demonstrating a combination of UX, UI, interaction, and visual design skills Experience collaborating within fast-moving, cross-functional startup teams Ability to operate independently, make sound decisions amidst ambiguity, and drive outcomes Passion for solving complex problems with simple, elegant interfaces Excellent written and verbal communication skills Unreal work ethic and the motivation required to build ambitious products from scratch Bonus: experience designing for SaaS, AI, healthcare, or enterprise platforms Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Ground-floor equity opportunity Flexible PTO 401(k) Visa sponsorship (O-1, H-1B, TN) available Professional growth stipend Lunches and dinners covered Relocation support Work in a high-velocity, high-impact environment Competitive NYC compensation, commensurate with experience, seniority, and ownership responsibilities Ready to build the future of pharma marketing?
