Tasks We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Specialist to join our growing team and help expand our local recruitment business in Vietnam. What You'll Do Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Build and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and campus recruitment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and external recruitment partners. Analyze recruitment data and prepare hiring reports. Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and support candidate assessment processes. Deliver an excellent onboarding experience for new hires. Develop new clients in the Vietnam market and identify recruitment opportunities for local headhunting services. Requirements Vietnamese national with fluent Chinese and English (spoken and written). Bachelor's degree or above (Human Resources or related field preferred). Minimum 3 years of recruitment or executive search (headhunting) experience. Experience working with well-known companies is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Able to manage complex recruitment projects independently. Must be based in Vietnam and able to work from the local office when required. Benefits Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ( Local Office Required) 💰 Salary: USD 4,000 – 6,000/month + 8% Annual Commission

Responsibilities
