About the Role As a member of the GTM team at SELECT, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, including email, calling, and using LinkedIn to book demos with qualified prospects on compliance teams. You’ll be on the front line of the sales team, filling the pipeline for closers before moving into a closing role yourself within the following 6-12 months. What You’ll Do Help build our outbound motion from scratch Set meetings via outbound prospecting into Snowflake/Databricks customers through both automated and manually-driven campaigns Build, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns at scale using tools like Clay, LemList, HeyReach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Help define and execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (email, LinkedIn, phone, videos, etc.) across a large account/prospecting list Partner with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates Own the outbound process end-to-end from account research to meeting booked Track and measure performance, bringing data-driven insights back to the team Continuously refine our playbooks and share best practices to elevate the sales org Quickly transition into owning the full sales cycle for every meeting you book as our second AE hire Who We’re Looking For Experience: 1-3+ years of BDR/SDR experience in SaaS, ideally with experience selling to technical buyers (engineers, developers, data analysts/scientists, etc.) Grit: You’re consistently the hardest working person on your team All-in: This is not a 9-5. We have a massive opportunity ahead of us and are looking to multiply our sales speed. We are optimizing for the best folks and are happy to compensate generously. Autonomy: Exercise a high-degree of autonomy and sales authority Builder mindset: Bonus points if you’ve created outbound programs from scratch, but at minimum you’ve iterated and optimized existing ones. We will aim to have the initial interview to offer within a two week period.
