Job Title: Founding Sales Development Representative
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Base + £10,000–£15,000 OTE
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 Days in Office)

• Own the prospecting process: research, outreach, and qualification across email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Build and optimise CRM workflows, sequences, and automation tools
• Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
• Hand over warm leads for demos and maintain clear pipeline reporting
• Continuously refine outreach strategy based on results and feedback
