As one of the first hires, you’ll work directly with our co-founders to shape a brand with the potential to redefine an entire market. Aufgaben In a nutshell: You own and scale our B2B sales channel - from a profitable base to a repeatable, team-driven growth engine. Take full ownership of our B2B sales channel including strategy, execution, numbers and results. Scale what already works by turning a profitable channel into a predictable, repeatable sales machine. Build and document sales processes and playbooks across lead generation, outreach, pipeline and closing. Be hands-on in sales with prospecting, pitching and closing while setting the bar for future hires. Lay the foundation for a growing sales team including structure, KPIs, hiring profiles and onboarding. Use AI tools to automate, improve and scale outreach, follow-ups and reporting. Qualifikation We don’t care about fancy titles. We care if you can sell, build and take ownership. 2+ years of B2B sales experience such as Account Executive, Sales Rep, Business Development Manager or SDR with closing responsibility. Proven closing experience with targets, objections and signed deals. High ownership and agency with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments. You are outgoing, confident and people-driven and genuinely enjoy sales conversations. Cold outreach feels like a game to you and you enjoy researching, messaging and calling. You actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter in sales. Fluency in German and English is a must.
