As a Founding Sales Manager, you will secure a unique position that accelerates your career. You will be first in line for leadership opportunities as the team grows, backed by the infrastructure of a market leader. We trust you to manage your own time with a flexible hybrid model at our Alexanderplatz office and the option to work from abroad for up to 2 months per year. The essence of your role Hunt & Close: You take full ownership of the sales cycle—from cold outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing. Build the Playbook: You aren't just following a script; you are writing it. You will test new channels, refine our pitch, and collaborate with our Growth Engineer to find what works. Market Presence: Represent claim.me at major e-commerce fairs, webinars, and industry events to build a strong pipeline. Qualifications This is what you need to succeed The "Hunter" Mindset: You are resilient, persistent, and motivated by winning new business. Experience: A proven track record in B2B sales (SaaS or Logistics experience is a plus). You know how to manage a CRM and a pipeline effectively. Languages: You speak German at a native level (C2) and are fluent in English.
