ABOUT THE ROLE

We seek an entrepreneurial and highly proactive Founding Senior Full Stack Engineer to own and guide the technical development and execution of our enterprise product roadmap across various industries, especially with on-the-go sales and healthcare. This role will lead the creation and development of our agentic platform for enterprises, leading automation and API integrations with LLMs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, including product management, research, hardware engineering, and GTM, to bring our enterprise products from concept to reality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the end-to-end technical development and execution of our enterprise services roadmap, ensuring alignment between company objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee the entire agentic product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring excellent product market fit by setting clear goals and milestones.
• Lead the development and implementation of automation and API integrations to enhance our product capabilities and user experience without compromising security, privacy, nor quality.
• Research and implement new AI technologies that can be integrated into our agentic solutions.
• Communicate tangible technical vision, decisions, and project statuses clearly and effectively to executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering an innovative culture of BUILDERS.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different functions between the US and global teams.
