We are seeking a highly driven Founding Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup redefining how top talent connects with high-growth companies. This is a full-time, onsite role in San Francisco for a builder who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to shape product, architecture, and company trajectory from day one. You will work directly with the founding team to design, build, and scale an AI-powered talent platform focused on discovery, coaching, and high-quality hiring outcomes. As one of the first engineering hires, you will have significant ownership across product development, technical decisions, and infrastructure. This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to operate with autonomy, ship quickly, and contribute to a talent-first future of recruiting.
