Ground-Floor Opportunity
- Work directly with established founders to transform innovative concepts into reality. As the first team member, you’ll have unprecedented input in shaping company culture, processes, and growth trajectory.
Hands-On Environment
- Starting in a construction trailer, you’ll be immersed in the practical aspects of our business while contributing to strategic planning and implementation of the founders’ vision.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead technical innovation from concept to tangible execution, applying engineering principles to develop cutting-edge solutions
- Recruit, mentor, and develop talent as our company scales, establishing processes for sustainable growth
- Apply creative thinking to overcome complex challenges in the start-up phase
- Transform the founders’ vision into actionable plans while maintaining confidentiality around proprietary initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Recent Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, with Spanish language skills a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, scheduling software, cost control systems, and performance metrics.
- Growth Mindset: Goal-oriented professional with passion for execution, problem-solving, and leading teams toward shared objectives.
Who You Are NOT
- IT Project Manager: While tech-savvy, this role is not focused on IT systems or software development.
- Remote Worker: This position requires physical presence in Great Falls, not remote or hybrid arrangements.
- Business Consultant or Advisor: We need a committed team member, not a temporary advisor or external consultant.
Work Environment and Expectations
- Location Commitment: Must be in or willing to relocate to Great Falls, MT, this is not a remote or hybrid opportunity
- Start-up Attitude: Comfortable with ambiguity, willing to wear multiple hats, and ready to get your hands dirty.
