What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery Perform preventative maintenance on foundry equipment, wax presses, furnaces, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and facility systems Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Install, modify, and improve production equipment as needed Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Assist with facility maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean work environment Why Join Us? ? Be part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality castings for critical industries Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or foundry environments Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety Familiarity with lockout/tagout, confined space, and other safety procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed to support production Physical Requirements Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds Occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with assistance Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in varying temperatures throughout the shift Ability to work around industrial machinery and foundry equipment
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on industrial foundry equipment including furnaces, presses, and conveyors. Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and assist with facility improvement projects.
