AS FOUNDRY MANAGER, YOU’LL HAVE FULL DEPARTMENTAL OWNERSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR OPERATIONS — FROM PEOPLE TO PLANT, PROCESS TO PROFITABILITY. YOU’LL:

• Work side-by-side with the President to align strategy and execution.
• Lead the foundry through scrap reduction, process improvements, and system-building.
• Deliver results on high-visibility OEM projects that define the next phase of our growth.
