Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our Foundry team for the 4:00 a.m. shift. This role provides hands-on leadership of the core-making operation, ensuring production targets are met at the start of the day while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The successful candidate will lead early-morning startup activities, coordinate staffing and workflow, address production or equipment issues, and set expectations for the shift to support overall plant performance.
