Description BCI Solutions, Inc. | Bremen, IN | IATF 16949 | Foundry Manufacturing BCI Solutions is hiring a Quality Manager to lead, strengthen, and continuously improve our Quality Management System in a gray and ductile iron foundry environment. This is a leadership role for a decisive, analytical professional who can design systems, enforce standards, and drive measurable improvement across operations. What You Will Own Full leadership of the IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 Quality Management System Strategic improvement of QMS processes and audit readiness Oversight of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC Structured 8D corrective action leadership and systemic prevention Reduction of repeat nonconformances and COPQ Quality KPI design, tracking, and executive reporting Cross-functional accountability with Operations, Engineering, Melt, and Lab Direct leadership and development of the Quality team You will report to the Director of Operational Excellence and serve as the authority on quality system performance. Requirements Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience Proven experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC Experience leading or significantly improving a QMS Manufacturing process experience required (foundry or heavy industrial preferred) Strong data analysis and documentation discipline ERP and reporting systems experience Blueprint reading and GD&T preferred ASQ certifications (CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA) preferred

Responsibilities

The Quality Manager will hold full leadership of the IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 Quality Management System, focusing on strategic improvement of QMS processes and audit readiness. This includes oversight of core quality tools, leading corrective actions, reducing repeat nonconformances, and managing the Quality team.
