Shape the products that make a difference to our business As a Foundry Technician Operator, you will provide support for production and manufacturing for our Artificial Lifts operations. You'll oversee operational work ensuring pre-job checks and machine set-up are carried out safely. You will take ownership for producing high-quality products from initial production through to verification and completion. As a Foundry Technician Operator, you will be responsible for: Assisting in maintaining plant production by making repairs within scope of expertise. Interpreting and following through on work orders following various safe work procedures. Making mechanical repairs on plant equipment and performs preventive maintenance as planned. Setting up, monitoring, and operating various pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing, production or process facility requirements. Operating multiple machines simultaneously. Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements. Performing a specialized function of a process and operates associated equipment. Monitoring and testing to ensure finished products meet specifications. Having good mechanical aptitude, including developing skills in use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment. Assisting with the transporting, loading and unloading of finished products and raw materials, cleaning out production equipment and collecting samples for analysis. Operating and adjusting controls. Testing and repairing instrumentation systems utilized by production equipment to ensure adherence to established performance levels and product quality. Working indoors or outdoors year-round in all types of weather conditions. Following the competency management program requirements and works under GENERAL supervision. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience Ability to read and interpret routine instructions. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment. Ability to operate material moving equipment/overhead crane and/or obtained certification.
