POSITION TITLE: THE FOXTAIL COFFEE TRUCK

Pay Structure: ~ Variable Pay - To be determined based on experience.
Job Type: Dynamic hours. Full-time preferred. Part-time options dependent on availability.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Foxtail Coffee Co. is bringing the coffee shop to the people — literally. Our Mobile Coffee Truck is hitting the road all over North Florida, popping up at farmer’s markets, festivals, local businesses, and community events. We’re on the lookout for a skilled coffee truck operator who know their way around food trucks, a La Marzocco, can sling lattes with a smile, and does not mind the occasional early morning or sunset shift.

REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• 2+ years experience in food or coffee truck service is preferred
• 1+ years experience in coffee is preferred
• 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role (you’ve led a team before and kept things moving smoothly)
• Maintains positive Foxtail Coffee morale and professional attitude.
• Well-organized and detail oriented.
• Work special events.
• Comfortable operating and troubleshooting commercial coffee equipment (espresso machines, batch brewers, grinders, etc.)
• Strong understanding of food safety, health codes, and cleanliness standards
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must be able to drive/operate the mobile unit or support with logistics)
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs, work on your feet for long periods, and operate in small/mobile spaces
• Availability for flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events
