Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a sharp, highly analytical finance professional to join our FP&A team. This is a challenging role that demands a proactive mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to inform key strategic decisions.
This role is for someone who can build and optimize complex financial models, design scalable processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive business alignment. You’ll also play a critical role in supporting strategic transactions, including fundraising and due diligence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build, maintain, and optimize complex financial models, incorporating scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of business decisions.
  • Design and implement scalable financial processes and reporting structures tailored to high-growth environments.
  • Provide actionable insights to business leaders through management reporting, including Plan/Actual analysis and business overviews.
  • Support financial due diligence, valuation, fundraising, and strategic transactions with financial projections, scenario analyses, and investment narratives.
  • Communicate effectively across the organization to drive alignment and maximize business impact.
