Job Description We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A department. You will be providing business partnering support to the Global IT department and Headquarters, and also analytical support in sales Projections. This is a high profile role with direct access to key members of the senior management team. Main responsibilities and functions Providing management with analysis and insight into the IT and Global HQ costs department’s performance across 3 brands of KLG group. Budget preparations and latest estimate forecasting for IT and Global HQ of 3 brands of KLG group. Monthly P&L preparation and analysis in conjunction with collaborating with the IT and Global HQ teams to gain insight and information on performance Monthly accruals and allocations by marketing, entity, brand and in local currencies. Building strong relationships within your stakeholders. FP&A support by means of sales analysis and adhoc modelling Adding value to decision making by providing recommendations Ad hoc analysis as requested and by own initiative Qualifications Qualifications and experience Prior 3 years experience in budgeting and forecasting and cost controlling. Experience in IT business partnering highly desired. Proven ability in bringing numbers to life for non-Finance stakeholders Proven ability to work with high level of data and advanced level of Excel. Skills and competencies Strong customer service ethos and high attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Used to work under pressure in a changing and dynamic scenarios High level of initiative, self-motivation and drive Strong technical accounting skills and an analytical and process-focused mind.
