Position Summary The FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial visibility and business performance by delivering insights, forecasts, and analysis that support strategic and operational decision-making. Responsibilities Support month-end close through analysis of income statement performance and key business metrics Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans Build financial models to evaluate revenue, expenses, and profitability Analyze variances and provide insights into business performance Track and report capital spending and internal projects Create dashboards, KPI reports, and executive presentations Partner with departments to support financial decision-making Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Improve reporting tools, models, and financial processes Support system enhancements and automation initiatives Assist with financial modeling and integration related to acquisitions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field 2–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics Experience with budgeting and forecasting preferred Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (Epicor a plus) Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR restrictions.
