About the Role We're looking for an analytical and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our ANZ Finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A & M&A – ANZ, you'll play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting and commercial analysis across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their FP&A career who is looking to broaden their experience, work closely with senior stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decision-making within a growing finance function. What You'll Be Doing As our FP&A Analyst, you'll: Support the annual budget, forecasting and long-range planning processes. Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and performance insights. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and forecasting tools. Analyse revenue, costs, margins and key business drivers to support commercial decisions. Assist with pricing, profitability and cost improvement initiatives. Ensure financial data integrity and support governance and reporting standards. Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insights. About You You'll be a motivated finance professional with strong analytical capability, a genuine interest in commercial finance, and a can-do attitude. You're someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of your work, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll bring: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. 1–3 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting or public practice. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and the ability to manage competing priorities. It would be advantageous if you also have: CA or CPA qualification (or are currently working towards it). Experience working within a multinational organisation. Exposure to BI, reporting or financial planning tools. Manufacturing industry experience.
