JOIN OUR TEAM

We’re seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our fast-paced and collaborative Finance team. Reporting into the Head of Operational FP&A, you’ll work with key stakeholders across Cora Health to analyse financial performance, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help us deliver our long-term financial goals.

  • Support the development of financial models for budgeting, forecasting and business casesAnalyse contract performance, cost trends, and activity against budgetAssist in monthly contract reviews with operational leadersConduct variance analysis and provide insights on cost efficiency and revenue opportunitiesHelp deliver financial insights that influence strategic decisions and service developmentBuild trusted relationships with business partners and operational leaders across the organisation

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical FP&A professional who thrives on solving problems and delivering meaningful insights. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a confident approach to modelling and data presentationAbility to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholdersA background in business partnering, variance analysis and cost reportingA passion for process improvement, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration

Bonus if you also have:

  • Experience using Microsoft BC365/Dynamics or creating Power BI dashboardsAwareness of NHS tariffs or costing principlesExperience working within the healthcare or public sector
