We are seeking a FP& A Analyst reporting to the FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities in our Manufacturing plant in Athenry. This is a key support role in decision-making, supporting Finance and the Management Team , and ensuring financial targets are understood and . The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Where you come in: You generate timely and accurate financial reports for management to support key performance indicators and trends (e.g. P&L, Balance Sheet, Headcount, Capital Expenditure). You support the site team in the compilation, preparation, and maintenance of forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans. You liaise with the Global Business Services (GBS) and site finance team during month-end close to ensure a timely and accurate close process. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and understand key reports and metrics. You maintain effective control systems for areas under your responsibility, ensuring full compliance with Corporate Policy, SOX, and GAAP. You help identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize processes and procedures. You manage and improve financial databases and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. You utilize advanced Excel skills and financial software for data analysis and reporting. You will mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture You will assume and perform other duties as assigned. What makes you successful: ​ You have strong knowledge of accounting principles, management accounting reporting, and budgeting processes. Your have strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. You have experience with ERP systems and key financial modules (Oracle experience would be an advantage). You possess good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Travel Required: 5% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
