About the role We are seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our Global FP&A team and support a broad, senior stakeholder group across a growing, complex international business. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality financial analysis, planning, and decision support, while also owning key elements of our global budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data governance processes. You will work closely with senior finance leaders, emerging business units, and global functions to provide insight that drives better commercial outcomes. What you’ll be responsible for Delivering forward-looking financial analysis and decision support across markets, business units, and product lines, applying a strong global lens Partnering with global stakeholders (e.g. Market Finance, Demand & Supply Planning, Product, Connected / Home Solutions) as financial needs emerge Supporting value creation initiatives including margin optimisation, cost control, working capital, and capital allocation analysis Acting as a primary analyst for global budget and forecast cycles, including weekly expected finish modelling, consolidation, and variance analysis Supporting markets through planning cycles with data, templates, and financial guidance Acting as a finance subject matter expert for global planning and financial systems and tools (e.g. Hubble/Insight), including data integrity, governance, and reporting packs Supporting budget, forecast and management reporting, including executive and shareholder (Haier) submissions Driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline planning and reporting to enable greater value-add partnering What we’re looking for 3-5 years’ experience in an FP&A, Financial Analyst, or Finance Business Partnering role within a fast-paced, commercial environment Experience in a medium to large, preferably global organisation, with exposure to complex value chains and/or multi-market operations Strong grounding in financial planning & analysis, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a forward-looking, commercial context Proven experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, including analysis, consolidation, and variance reporting Advanced analytical capability, with a track record of translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders Confidence partnering with senior and non-finance stakeholders and operating effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments A continuous improvement mindset, with experience simplifying, automating, or improving finance and reporting processes Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems, planning tools, ERPs, and BI platforms is highly regarded Why join us You’ll be part of a high-impact Global FP&A team, with exposure to senior leadership, global decision-making, and emerging areas of the business.
