At GrabAGun, we believe smart decisions start with sharp analysis. As our FP&A Analyst, you’ll transform raw numbers into business insights - supporting growth, ensuring efficiency, and helping leadership make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO EVERY DAY:

• Build, maintain, and analyze financial models that support strategic planning, inventory management, and operational forecasting.
• Track and report on KPIs such as revenue, COGS, contribution margin, marketing ROI, and inventory turns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Buying, Marketing, Warehouse, and Executive) to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Assist in budget development, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly financial reviews.
• Create dashboards and visualizations that bring clarity to complex financial information.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives across departments.
