THE ROLE:
We are looking for a talented and driven FP&A Analyst to join our finance team based in Cornwall. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our financial strategy and supporting key business decisions. Your insights will help us navigate the financial landscape and achieve our ambitious goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the FP&A Analyst, you will be at the heart of our financial planning and decision-making processes. Your role involves providing crucial data insights to inform budgets and financial forecasts, guiding our financial planning with precision. You’ll dive deep into financial data, analysing trends to uncover actionable insights that drive our business forward. Collaborating closely with senior management, you’ll ensure that our financial plans align seamlessly with our strategic objectives.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you’ll prepare and present financial reports with a focus on accuracy and clarity, enabling informed decision-making at all levels. Your expertise in conducting scenario planning and evaluating the financial impact of potential business decisions will be invaluable. Furthermore, you’ll work closely with our nurseries and central teams to gather data, ensuring that our financial plans are aligned with operational goals and fostering a cohesive approach to financial management.
