FP&A Analyst Department: Finance & Procurement Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: United Arab Emirates - Dubai Description Job Summary: The FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in driving strategic decision-making by delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking. This position supports senior leadership with data-driven recommendations and helps shape the financial future of the organization. Key Responsibilities Planning & Forecasting • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. • Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and validate assumptions. • Monitor actual performance against forecasts and analyze variances. Financial Analysis • Conduct deep-dive analysis on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability. • Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs). • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes. Business Partnering • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals. • Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. • Assist in scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for business cases. Reporting & Compliance • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. • Support internal and external audit processes with relevant documentation. • Maintain data integrity across financial systems and tools. Qualifications & Skills • Master / bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Preferred qualified accountant) • 3+ years in FP&A, finance, or accounting, with at least 2 years in analytical roles • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and communication skills
