Due growth within the team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a switched-on and commercially focused FP&A Analyst to join this high-performing FP&A team. This role will support business performance and decision-making across a multi-site network, with responsibilities including:

• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
• Prepare reporting packs, analysis and commentary
• Review business performance and provide insights on key trends
• Partner with operational stakeholders to support commercial decision-making
• Identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Assist with business cases, financial modelling and ad hoc analysis
• Support month-end processes and review of financial results
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and processes
