YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES You will work closely with the FP&A manager to support organizational leaders in planning, prioritization, evaluation, and decision-making. You will develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, finances, and organizational metrics, especially related to grants, contracts, and organizational agreements. You will deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights (budgets, forecasts, and analysis) that balance near-term realities with long-term objectives, enabling decisions that maximize strategic goals and reflect our commitment to excellence. You will oversee the management of budget, metrics, and overall performance on grants, contracts, and organizational agreements related to PRM’s Street Outreach efforts. You will maintain an intimate understanding of the performance of each Street Outreach project. You will engage Reporting and Data group on the design and maintenance of reports. You will deliver and ensure accurate data on reports and other ad hoc analysis. You will implement cost reduction and efficiency improvements where appropriate. You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle. Requirements WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a similar area of study, and 2-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You have previous experience in coordinating strategy and budget. You have previous experience tracking and reporting on contracts and metric performance. You have excellent, advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of financial AI tools preferred. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to extract data and draw conclusions. You area a team player with the ability to build the strong working relationships necessary to collaborate effectively with internal partners across functions. You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effective communicate with diverse stakeholders. You have a high-level of attention to detail, with good follow-through. You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions. Responsibilities
