Reed Finance are exclusively supporting a growing and innovative business to hire a newly created FP&A Analyst.

Working closely with the Head of FP&A, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful financial insight, supporting business planning and helping drive commercial decision-making across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its scale-up journey, where finance is becoming increasingly integral to operational and strategic performance.

• Key responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance analysis and the production of insightful reporting to support decision-making across the business. The role will involve partnering with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, requiring someone who can communicate financial information clearly and build strong working relationships.
