FP&A Analyst

Robert Walters are pleased to be working with a highly acquisitive and fast moving organisation based in Woking, who are looking for a FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis. Working closely with a divisional Head of Finance, this role will take responsibility for providing expert analysis and decision support to the wider organisation and non-finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse financial and non-financial data to create actionable insight into future profitability.
• Support Head of Finance when delivering budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with developing reporting, forecasting and budget models.
• Use Excel regularly to run complex analysis and modelling.
• Contribute to the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
• Challenge and control the making of informed business decisions, using both financial and
• non-financial metrics.
• Build key stakeholder relationships and respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests in a timely and effective manner.

Experience and qualifications:

• Fully or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent would be beneficial but not essential.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Proven experience within a Finance/FP&A Analyst position, with the ability to work independently.
• Highly analytical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
• Personable and ambitious, with a focus on continuous improvement and self development.

Other:

• £45,000 - £50,000 plus corporate package.
