Description

Prepare and analyze monthly P&L reports, providing insights to support management decisions. Lead the development of the global company’s annual working plan and forecasts, providing support and guidance to subsidiaries worldwide. Drive process improvements and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency and deliver advanced financial insights Manage costing and cost analysis, including variance & cogs analysis and identifying improvement opportunities. Lead budgetary control processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives. Support pricing decisions through detailed financial analysis and scenario modeling. Requirements 3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a global or multi-subsidiary environment. BA in Economics or an equivalent field. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and planning tools - advantage. Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and technology adoption. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams worldwide. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Fluent English (spoken and written).
