We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support our financial planning and analysis efforts across the ASEAN region. You will play a key role in regional financial consolidation and provide timely, data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.

QUALIFICATION:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Group Accounting
• FP&A and consolidation experience is a plus
• Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong numerical, analytical skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organized, with strong initiative; flexible and adaptable.
• High energy, ownership, and commitment to delivering results

• Assist with the preparation of monthly region consolidation
• Review subsidiaries’ monthly management reports and work with subsidiaries’ finance leads to understand business drivers
• Assist with the preparation of cyclical FP&A deliverables such as monthly financial analysis to assess the region’s performance against budget/re-forecast and quarterly board paper (in Excel, PowerPoint, or other electronic mediums)
• Assist with region budgeting and forecast
• Assist with year-end closing process such as reviewing subsidiaries’ draft audited financial statements, reviewing audit adjustments for finalization, impairment assessments
• Participate in ad-hoc projects such as for executing continuous process improvement
