Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT ROLE PURPOSE The FP&A is a department of highly qualified analysts, who can provide end to end finance support to their business partners with limited oversight. Finance Analyst will support the FP&A team and various other stakeholders in day-to-day activities and processes. Our team cooperates very closely with business partners and their finance teams around the globe with the main goal to ensure that delivered information is meaningful and able to support business operations. The role also requires direct contact with a range of senior stakeholders. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for month end close reporting and analysis Work with other Financial Reporting and Business Partnering teams to ensure the monthly accounts are successfully closed, reconciled and reported Developing positive working relationships with FP&A teams across all of our business divisions Provide decision support on short-, medium- and long-term issues through the use of data, sensitivity analysis and analytics Analysing past financial performance and projecting future financial performance (AOP/FC/outlook) Building and development of reporting packs as a constant process Supporting transformation of reporting methodologies, including utilizing best in class data visualization opportunities Other ad hoc tasks as requested by line manager and key stakeholders Seek ways to continually improve service levels through efficiency gains and stakeholder feedback. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Good communication skills Advanced English Ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a professional manner Advanced level in the use of Excel, knowledge of Power BI /Power Query/ DAX will be an advantage) Experience in Forecasting and Budgeting process Experience in SAP Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to simplify / improve processes Attention to detail and high level of accuracy undefined EXPERIENCE: 2+ Experience in Finance/ Accounting/ FP&A 2+ years of experience in SSC/BPO in similar departments (related to FP&A). Responsibilities

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for month-end close reporting and analysis, ensuring successful closure and reconciliation of monthly accounts. They will also provide decision support through data analysis and develop positive working relationships with FP&A teams across business divisions.
