ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or a similar analytical finance role.
• 3+ years of experience in Management Reporting with knowledge of ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel,
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on accuracy, quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present results, insights, and recommendations clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the FP&A Manager in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, enhancing financial models and BI dashboards while driving process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Support the FP&A Manager in preparing financial analysis and presentations for the FD, CEO, Leadership Team and Group.
• Support the development and enhancement of financial models to aid strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of BI dashboards, ensuring key financial and operational KPIs are effectively tracked.
• Maintain and update commission files to support the sales team.
• Support the sales team by maintaining and updating the commission files.
• Perform variance analysis to compare actuals vs budget/forecast and provide insight into financial performance.Liaise with the Management Reporting Team to ensure seamless financial reporting and support for non-finance teams
