Responsibilities
  • Take an active role in the annual financial planning process and quarterly revisions to forecast (latest estimates of the current financial year take place at the end of each quarter). Maintaining tight control of different versions is essential.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Reporting team during monthly close and ensure alignment between accounts preparation and other departments.
  • Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance and compare relative to budget. This includes preparing and analysing a monthly set of KPIs and developing these further as the business evolves providing insight into company performance and how to improve.
  • Responsibility for the overall corporate financial model - this includes scenario analysis including: changes in volume of deployments, forecasting company liquidity requirements and changes in unit economics.
  • Work with budget owners on requests for additional spend throughout the year. This includes Return On Investment (ROI) analysis on new projects and presenting recommendations to Management
