Job Description Within the Finance team, your main mission will be to deliver accurate financial insights and support business decision‑making across the Asia region. As part of a fixed-term contract, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of FP&A activities while contributing to financial planning, performance analysis and process improvement. You will act as a reliable partner to internal stakeholders, supporting the team during a key transition period. In this context, you will be responsible for: Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports to support accurate and timely decision‑making Supporting financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting activities across the Asia region Analyzing variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts and providing relevant insights to stakeholders Acting as a business partner by collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and support business performance Contributing to the optimization of financial processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Supporting the development and enhancement of reporting tools and dashboards Preparing presentations and financial materials for internal communication and management reviews Collaborating with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and reliability of financial data Supporting ad hoc analysis and contributing to overall financial performance monitoring Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or a similar role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights Excellent proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills in PowerPoint Fluent in English (daily working language) Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, particularly during monthly closing periods Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset Proactive, organized and solution‑oriented approach Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, M3 or Ivalua is a plus Additional Information Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
