Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Regional Financial Reporting & Insights Lead monthly regional consolidation and performance reporting across markets. Provide clear, leadership-ready financial analysis and commentary on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. Ensure consistency and quality of reporting outputs across geographies. Support senior stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations. Forecasting, Planning & Pipeline Governance Coordinate and manage forecasting and budgeting processes across markets. Work closely with finance partners to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting assumptions are robust and aligned. Drive forecast discipline and consistency across geographies. Support alignment of top-down targets with market-level forecasts. Data, Systems & Reporting Enhancement Lead development of financial dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of performance. Support finance activities related to D365 migration, including data validation and reporting alignment. Strengthen data governance, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency across markets. Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Business Partnering Support Act as a key interface between regional finance and business-facing finance partners. Support analysis of market performance, project trends, and financial outcomes. Provide insights to support commercial decision-making and performance management. Team & Process Leadership Provide guidance and oversight to FP&A analysts within the team. Drive standardisation of templates, reporting processes, and governance practices. Contribute to the development of a high-performing regional FP&A function. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline Professional qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) 6–10 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or related roles Experience in regional or multi-country environments Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling Experience with ERP systems and reporting platforms Strong experience in dashboarding / BI tools (Power BI preferred) Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
