Overview This fast paced, motivated team of analysts manage approximately 100 third party Co Pack sites that produce and distribute some of our biggest brands including Lipton, NACP (Starbucks), Bubly, Ocean Spray, Poppi, Celsius, Gatorade, Cytosport, LIFEWTR, and Quaker. This team partners with various groups including planning, control manufacturing managers and third-party plant managers to drive the success of the business. As a Co Pack Operations Associate Analyst, you will utilize your accounting background to analyze manufacturing variances at our third-party sites. You will partner with various teams and expand your network within Supply Chain. Responsibilities Manage third-party Co Packer sites including tolling, full case costing (FCC) sites, and zero balance locations (ZBL) Period Journal Entries and Reconciliations Period-end financial close activities. Provides key variance analysis and explanations to Management. Daily activities include reconciling raw material and finished good production, usage, receipts, and shipments for third-party Co Packers Assist with the annual physical inventory process Process weekly tolling payments, and invoices, and assist the co-packer in applying the cash payments. Additional duties may include invoice processing, pallet reconciliations, and special projects. Work closely with the Product Costing Manager on building Bill of Materials (BOM), AOP deliverables, and ad hoc requests with working with the Contract Manufacturing Managers and Directors. Daily activities include working with Shared Services to resolve discrepancies related to raw material receipts, invoice payments, and bottler shipments related to Co Packers Assist manager with SOX requirements and audit requests Ensure timely communication of any issues to the manager Travel Able to travel on occasion, approximately 10% travel. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
