FP&A BUSINESS PARTNER / MANAGER - UP TO $150K + 20%

Our client, a global leader in their space, is hiring an experienced FP&A Business Partner / Manager to direct commercial finance and management reporting activities across one of their largest divisions. This highly visible role reports to the VP of FP&A and partners closely with the SVP of Clinical Supplies Management and the leadership team. *Hybrid work schedule

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; accounting or finance foundation preferred.
  • 5–15+ years of relevant finance experience, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business partnering (required).
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to challenge leadership teams and influence decisions.
  • Prior industry experience in pharma, life sciences, packaging, logistics, or distribution strongly preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
    Work Location: Hybrid remote in Paoli, PA 1930
Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, internal reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management for large commercial division.
  • Partner with divisional leadership to challenge assumptions, provide insights, and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Consolidate global results, produce monthly business review packs, and oversee the annual budget/long-range planning process.
  • Review and manage sales commission plans and payouts.
  • Provide financial leadership on business projects including ERP, regulatory changes, M&A, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop clear financial objectives aligned with global finance strategy.
  • Collaborate with finance teams in the U.S. and Europe to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across reporting.
  • Manage and mentor one direct report (based in Belgium).
