THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration (Berufsakademie)
  • Major in Finance or further accounting qualification is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Finance or Controlling
  • Experience in product focused Industry
  • Experience in FMCG environment Industry: Branded Consumer Goods companies will be a plus
  • Strong IT & financial systems experience
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
  • Good to advanced accounting knowledge
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge
  • Business fluent English (able to present and operate in English)

In summary, you’ll:

  • Leads and own the process of Financial Budgeting, Forecasting, latest estimates for the region DACHN.
  • Supporting in the consolidation of figures at the regional level;
  • Providing regional management team with financial data & insights
  • Usage of data to advise on how to improve performance, minimize risks or using data to advise on how to improve performance, minimize risks or seize new opportunities.
  • Supporting projects on a need basis
  • Leads creation of decks, slides, comments (Monthly performance review, Forecast, 5 Y plan, etc…)
  • Support to GM and RFD for analysis, deck creation, business follow ups etc.
  • Controlling CFC expenditure across pact categories and cost centers.
  • Ensure CFC Accuracy and RB Accounting policies are applied accordingly for CFC Lines
  • Prepare reconciliations of CFC accruals in balance sheet and manage aged items, provide regular updates to the FD
  • Coordination of CFC budget planning/forecasting process in full alignment with budget owners with support of FD.
  • Prepare reports and analysis by cost center/departments monthly basis with explanation of key variances.
  • Analyse FTE/Headcount input with HR and do analysis with cost structure
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly X-Charges if needed
  • Monitor risks and opportunities for CFC Budget and inform FD proactivel

You will be a key leader in the commercial controlling team of Essential Homes in DACHN Region. Co-pilot with the DACHN Region FD and a trustworthy Business partner with key business stake holders. Plan, Analyze and track the strategic direction of the organization. Flag risk & opportunities and provide financial and commercial insights for better decision making. Own the CFC planning, tracking and controlling of our region. Opportunity to make a difference in a purpose driven company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
