Takes responsibility for all general, and overarching and non-specialized financial matters, in order to ensure the achievement of strategic and business goals and target indicators.* Guides implementation and/or administration of Finance policies, guidelines, programs and standards, in organization unit(s) assigned. * Manages completion of unit´s budget planning, and decides and allocates financial and personnel resources. * Acts as advisor to the business accountable management of the unit, in all Finance related issues. * Ensures that quality standards for Finance operations and processes are met at all times. * Sets up and monitors unit related Finance projects. * Initiates improvements and ensures appropriate workflow environment. * Liaise with external parties (i.e. vendors, clients) in contractual matters, related to Finance services, within given authority levels. * Clarifies cases as an escalation point. * Keeps abreast of industry and legal trends. * Manages teams of Finance Team Leaders, Professionals and/or Finance operations team(s).
