In this role as FP&A Controller (m/f/d), you will work on budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning, and continuously develop our planning processes, methods, and systems. This will create financial transparency, strengthen our business partnering, and contribute to effectively managing company and departmental performance.

This is what you can expect from us. Your tasks. 

• Ensuring consistent, transparent and reliable financial planning
• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning
• Organization and coordination of the planning and forecasting process, including scheduling, coordination with relevant departments, and ensuring the timely provision of all necessary data and analyses.
• Further development and optimization of planning and forecasting solutions with regard to methods, processes and systems used.
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards, processes and timelines in the forecasting and planning cycle
• Conducting target/actual comparisons, variance analyses, and commentaries as a basis for management decisions.
• Further development of KPI frameworks as well as the creation and optimization of dashboards for managing company and departmental performance
• Preparation of management reports, decision documents and presentations for the board of directors and management.
• Close collaboration with specialist departments and international units in the sense of active business partnering

Why we're looking forward to meeting you. Your profile.  

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or a comparable field of study with a focus on finance or controlling.
• Several years of experience in FP&A, controlling or corporate finance
• Solid knowledge of financial modeling, investment appraisal, and performance analysis.
• Proficient use of MS Excel and experience with BI and planning tools (e.g., Power BI, JEDOX, SAP Analytics Cloud) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way.
• High level of initiative, resilience and teamwork skills
• Very good German and English skills
