JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Corporate Services, FP&A will serve as a critical finance leader, driving high-impact financial storytelling, disciplined execution, and transformational support for Equinix’s Corporate Services functions. This role reports into the Vice President of Corporate FP&A and partners closely with Finance, Corporate Real Estate, HR, Legal, Business Operations, and the Office of the CEO to deliver actionable insights, forecast accuracy, and scalable processes. The Director will champion a Center of Excellence (CoE) approach to drive efficiency, standardization, and enhanced business partnering.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A, finance transformation, or global finance leadership
  • Proven track record as a finance business partner supporting senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to simplify complexity and deliver impactful insights
  • Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and advanced Excel; experience with financial automation and visualization tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to influence at the executive level
  • Experience leading diverse, global teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • High integrity, collaborative mindset, and results-driven orientation with a “say-do” reputation

    United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / Annual
    United States - Denver Office DEO : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / Annual
    United States - Tampa Office TAO : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / Annual
    Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 136,000 - 204,000 CAD / Annual
    Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
    The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
Responsibilities

Financial Storytelling & Insights

  • Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting and insights that shape leadership decisions
  • Translate complex financial data into compelling narratives that inform strategic priorities

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Corporate Services functions, driving forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and investment decisions
  • Lead financial review processes, own cost targets, and monitor KPIs to ensure accountability across functions

Planning & Execution

  • Own global budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes
  • Build and evaluate cost models, business cases, and scenario analyses to guide operational and strategic decision-making
  • Oversee cost and headcount reporting with clarity at both total-company and function-specific levels

Center of Excellence & Transformation

  • Champion standardized, scalable FP&A processes that drive efficiency and enable higher-value business partnering
  • Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Controllership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across financial outcomes
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness

Leadership & Influence

  • Inspire and develop high-performing, globally distributed teams
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, agility, and accountability while influencing senior leaders across multiple functions
